Instant Yakisoba Noodles, Ippeichan
Sometimes I want to eat yakisoba noodles.
They are stir fried noodles seasoned with Worcester sauce which is sweet and salty.
Instant yakisoba noodles are convenient when you want to eat it easily.
While many brands of them are on sale, Ippeichan is one of my favorite.
I ate Ippeichan this time.
Ippeichan comes with mayonnaise.
It is not so common, but the combination of mayonnaise and sauce is delicious.
How to make
- Open the package.
2. An explanation is written on the cover.
Peel the cover off from ① to ②.
Do not peel off everything.
3. Take out the sauce, mayonnaise and furikake from inside.
Furikake is a seasoning.
4. If you look carefully, there is a line inside the cup.
Pour boiling water up to that line.
5. Put the cover back and wait 3 minutes.
If the sauce is cold, put it on the cover to walm it.
6. After waiting for 3 minutes, peel off part of the cover from ③(Red part in the picture).
7. Then discard the hot water from ③.
If hot water remains, it will get to be tasteless, so it is important to drain the hot water well.
8. Peel off whole of the cover.
9. Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir well.
At this moment, it smells good.
Yakisoba noodles are ready at this stage.
It comes with furikake and mayonnaise, but you can use them as you like.
For me, I usually add them.
10. Sprinkle furikake (seasoning) if you like.
11. Add mayonnaise over the noodles if you like.
It smells yummy.
Mayonnaise goes well Ippeichan’s yakisoba noodles.
I want to eat it again for today’s lunch.
