Karaage, Japanese Fried Chicken
In Japan, take-out fried chicken specialty stores have increased.
It is said that the main reasons are the increased demand for take-out and being able to open in a small cooking space.
Above all, karaage, Japanese fried chicken, is reasonable priced and delicious.
That can be the reason why it is popular.
A karaage specialty store has opened in my neighborhood.
I’ve wanted to try it, so I bought it for lunch.
It costed about 250 yen.
The inside is juicy chicken, the outside is crispy.
It is soy sauce-based taste, so you can eat it as it is without adding anything.
It goes with white rice and delicious.
